Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: A real estate agent exists to help you find a buyer by listing your house on the market. They are the middleman in your house selling process between the house and its new owner. While your house hasn’t sold yet, you have to continue to pay the mortgage and other utility bills. Your agent takes a percentage fee from the sale price if they find you a buyer. Typically, that totals about 3-6% of the value of the house. Although Kareem is a licensed real estate broker, he is focused on purchasing, renovating and selling homes. In some circumstances, when purchasing the home is not warranted (eg. brand new home with no repairs needed) we can help you sell your home for top dollar.
